Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided with the return authorization number

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
